SEMEN RETENTION
The practice of semen retention facilitates the awakening
of Kundalini through the Chakras in the male, just
as G-spot stimulation, and ejaculating Amrita does
in the female. To begin the practice of semen retention,
one must first let go of the idea of "getting
off," or the concept of "coming." That
approach to sexuality grows old, frustrating and
unfulfilling after a while, anyway.
The PC or pubo-coccygeus muscle is key in semen retention,
just as in quality female orgasm. The PC muscle is
the muscle used to cut off the flow of urine. Try cutting
off the flow of urine a few times, and you have isolated
the PC muscle. A severely weakened PC muscle results
in incontinence.
To strengthen your PC muscle, try to allow the anal
muscles to stay as relaxed as possible, while squeezing
internally up toward your Lingam or Yoni. Hold for
ten seconds, and then relax completely. Repeat this
exercise about forty times at first, increasing by
one repetition a day, to one hundred repetitions. Remember,
this muscle can get sore like any other. You may want
to start out at more or less repetitions, and increase
more or less slowly. Some results should be noticed
within a few weeks, and very marked results within
a few months. The PC muscle is key in semen retention
because this muscle, when well developed and clenched
firmly, will block the flow of seminal fluid at the
perineum, right before it is ready to enter the Lingam
shaft.
At this point with focus and breath, you are to pull
the essence of the fluid up into the body. The seminal
fluid will actually be absorbed into the bloodstream
very quickly for one who is adept at this practice.
Practice makes perfect. It is this practice of drawing
the essence and semen up that facilitates the ascent
of Kundalini energy.
There is another way to retain and recycle semen before
the PC muscle is well developed, though strengthening
the PC muscle is a must for the true practitioner.
Pressing with two fingers, one behind the other, along
your perineum, the area between the scrotum and the
anal opening, find the hollow point. This is your Million
Dollar point. Just before you feel an orgasm coming,
press here very firmly, and while locking the PC and
anal muscles, inhale drawing the energy upward internally.
Allow it to flow up through your heart and crown Chakra
on the exhale while relaxing but still pressing firmly.
This technique needs to be practiced to really feel
the wonderful lift of vitality experienced via semen
retention. The vitality is a lasting feeling that will
add sparkle to everyday. Know, however, that if you
press too far forward, the semen will go into the bladder,
and too far back the semen will spill out of the Lingam.
Find your Million Dollar point, and find a whole new
freedom in being a man.
Semen retention makes it possible for men to develop
the ability to have multiple orgasms, longer, stronger
orgasms and decreases the chances of becoming impotent.
If loss of erection is a concern for you, these practices
can help restore your ability to maintain an erection
for long periods of time. Working the PC muscle both
with fingers and internally during self-loving or intercourse
can aid in prolonging ejaculation and heightening sensitivity.

G-SPOT
The woman's G-spot can be accessed lying down, knees
high, middle and ring fingers curled inside or more
easily with a small, sanitary, phallic shaped object,
or with your beloved's Lingam inside, pointing up behind
the pubic bone. A sudden urge to urinate is a clear
sign the G-spot has been accessed. It is, of course,
best to urinate before this practice, so that you can
relax into the feelings. Unlike the clitoris, very
firm pressure is needed for stimulation. With a short
but full deep outward stroke over the fleshy area in
behind the pubic bone, the G-spot will begin to swell.
Firm side to side and circular motions can also be
applied. After the sensation to urinate passes, either
pleasurable or possibly painful feelings will follow
both emotionally and physically.
A woman's G-spot is a direct access to the second
Chakra, and stimulation of this area can touch old
emotional wounds that have not been completely processed
through and released. This is why it is important to
proceed slowly, being sensitive to subtle signals your
body and emotions may be giving you.
During G-spot massage, place the other hand lightly
on your heart Chakra, creating a polarity to channel
the energy being aroused in the second Chakra up to
your heart center for emotional release. Tears may
overcome you from either pleasure or pain. If there
is physical pain, back off. Be very light and gentle
with yourself. If you feel like screaming to release
old blocks, do so. Go with whatever is right for you
in the moment.
As emotional cleansing takes place, be it in one session,
or over a period of time, your pleasure will intensify
to some of the sweetest pleasure know to women. As
your energy rises to your heart center, and emotional
release emerges, keep allowing the energy to flow up
into your throat Chakra through breath and sound, and
into your head up through your crown like a whale showering
water over its self. Allow the Kundalini release to
be complete, from root to crown and beyond. Your body
may begin to vibrate and tingle, and joy and a feeling
of effulgence may embrace your soul.
Rejoice in the pleasure of the new opening of energy
flow bringing you more and more into harmony with who
you were meant to be as a spiritual entity in a physical
body.
GROUNDING
Remember, it is vitally important, just as with semen
retention practices in the male, to work with grounding
exercises before, during, and after G-spot simulation.
Visualize the red energy from your root Chakra flowing
down through your legs. Allow this energy to flow into
the earth. Circuits run down through the body as well.
Keep feeling connected to the core of the planet, giving
way to gravity as you sink into the ground. You can
draw up energy from the planet as well, completing
the circuit. Just visualize a second current of light
streaming up around the cord(s) that are going down.
Use your imagination to find what works best for you.
When very grounded, you may begin to feel light as
though you are suspended in space, with no beginning
and no end, totally expanded into all eternity.
Another way to help ground yourself is to stand with
knees slightly bent, bending forward at the waist letting
your torso, arms and head hang downward. If you begin
to tremble, just go with it. Give into the pull of
gravity from this stance, feed from the energy of the
earth and enjoy feeling more and more connected and
solid.

AMRITA, FEMALE NECTAR
As you keep opening and releasing energy flow in the
root Chakra, relax into it. If you do not ejaculate
already, in time, with G-spot stimulation this capacity
will open for you. The female ejaculant, called Amrita,
flows from the urethra. It may jet out, or trickle
out at orgasm, and may be anywhere from a tablespoon
full, to as much as a pint of fluid. This fluid is
watery, verses the creamy secretions from the vagina,
but is definitely not urine, though it may feel like
you might be urinating at first.
Amrita, which evaporates quickly, is a very sacred
fluid the essence of which is said to possibly form
in the brain and flow through the spinal column as
an essence until it reaches the Yoni, where it becomes
fluid as it is released.
Medical science has not yet been able to find the
place of origin for Amrita. Rub the Amrita into your
skin, enjoy the aroma, relish in it to make your lovemaking
complete. It is called nectar of Goddess.
MEDITATIONS
SACRED SPACE & RELAXATION
Begin your meditation by creating a sacred space for
your practices. If you are female, place your G-spot
stimulator, lubricant, and an extra, thick pillow close
at hand. Once you have created an atmosphere conducive
to going inward, review the Relaxation section from
Body Exploration Meditations, and begin. Remember to
include the mantra So Hum for total mind-body relaxation.
When you find your mind wandering, simply return your
focus to the sound and the inner vibrations. After
your relaxation, if you are female, go to the next
section on G-spot Message, and if you are male, you
can skip ahead to the Semen Retention Meditation.
End your meditation with the section on Closure. Come
back later to work with the PC Muscle section and to
study the meditation for the opposite sex so you can
transfer your learning to lovemaking with your partner,
that is if your partner is of the opposite sex.

G-SPOT MASSAGE
Enjoy the feeling of relaxation as you carefully read
the following instructions. Give yourself about twenty
to thirty minutes or more, if you wish, for this meditation.
Begin by addressing the whole body by softly caressing
and firmly massaging different parts of your body inviting
every part into the experience. Be thorough and sensual,
though you will not be as detailed as in the Self-loving
Message.
Use the additional information you learned about your
body to get the juices flowing. Prop your buttocks
up on a pillow as you lie back. Squeeze the Mound of
Venus, and gently tug at the hair as you begin to go
between the lips arousing the clitoris. Stimulate the
folds of the vulva and the clitoris waiting for the
vagina to throb beckoning you in...
As you are ready insert the middle or ring finger(s),
reach deep and curl the fingers around behind the
pubic bone, pressing and rubbing very firmly into
the vaginal wall. It may feel like you are trying
to touch the back of the clitoris. When you feel
the urge to urinate, you know you have found the
spot.
This feeling will pass. You may wish to use an object
to stimulate the G-spot at this point as fingers grow
tired, and it is difficult to reach with your own fingers.
Continue on taking guidance from what you read in the
section on G-spot. Key things to remember are breath
awareness, firm pressure and opposite hand on the heart
center or other Chakras making a polarity channel up.

You may want to coordinate using the opposite hand
on the different Chakras with the practice of breathing
in colored light. Be with the warming sensations of
the light flowing in. This practice is definitely encouraged
to facilitate opening. Of course, orgasm is not the
goal of this exercise, but if you wish to allow yourself
to climax, feel free.
Do not rush; let it happen. Inhale deeply at the point
of rapture, and stretch the exhale out to make the
throbbing all consuming as though to swallow you whole.
See if you can relax enough to let the Amrita flow.
Do not push yourself; it will happen in time. Relax,
let go of inhibitions, and enjoy your time spent in
a self-loving G-spot massage.

PC MUSCLE
It is just as important for women to exercise their
PC muscle as it is for men. Keeping the pelvic floor
toned will deepen the pleasure through out your erotic
adventures and intensify your orgasmic waves. If you
are non-orgasmic or pre-ejaculatory, this is the muscle
to exercise. Strengthen this muscle by exercising daily
as outlined in the section on Semen Retention. You
can exercise this muscle sitting or standing wherever
you are: in the grocery store check out line, at a
red light, at the desk, watching TV, or you may want
to add the exercises to your meditation time. The stronger
this muscle gets the easier it is to isolate and exercise.
There are special devices on the market to aid in toning
this muscle. Ask your medical practitioner where to
find one.

SEMEN RETENTION MEDITATION
Now that you are relaxed, mind and body, carefully
read the following. Begin your meditation by addressing
your whole body for five minutes or so with a very
sensual massage. Then proceed to the inner thighs and
pubic area, arousing greater sexual energy, and to
the scrotum massaging the testes, allowing for an erection
to begin to form, before light fingertip touching of
the Lingam. Slowly begin to stroke the Lingam, arousing
more and more energy, and place the opposite hand on
Chakras two through seven moving up slowly and breathing
in the respective colors.
Do not be alarmed if the energy seems to wane in the
root as you focus up. This is actually a good sign
meaning the energy is going upward, and once the circuit
is complete, the sexual surge will come back full blast.
This is true for females as well. Feel the clockwise
swirl of the vibrant colors. The hand at the Lingam
sends energy to the hand at the higher Chakras creating
a strengthened channel through the use of Polarity.
More will be said about this in the Polarity Therapy
section.
Spend twenty minutes or more stroking the Lingam,
bringing yourself close to ejaculation several times
before using the Million Dollar point technique for
semen retention. Some techniques you can use to dampen
the energy if you feel you are getting too close to
ejaculation are: squeeze firmly and bend downward the
tip of the Lingam with the thumb and two fingers, or
grasp up high around the sack of the scrotum and gently
stretch the testes downward. You can use both techniques
simultaneously. Pressing on the Million Dollar point
can also help.
Experiment. Try not to go passed the point of no return
before you are ready, but if you do, relish in the
climax, and use this as a learning experience continuing
with the practices in your next meditation.
Starting out it is best to only bring yourself to
orgasm in one out of two or three meditations. You
want to increase your capacity to build and retain
energy without the orgasmic release. This will lead
to having multiple orgasms once you feel yourself practicing
semen retention proficiently. At the forth or fifth
point of nearing ejaculation, press firmly, one finger
behind the other, on the Million Dollar point. Breathe
in slowly, drawing the energy up, squeezing your PC
muscle and anal muscles, allowing the energy to stream
upward through the heart and crown Chakra.
Once the energy reaches the heart Chakra the ascent
to the crown is easier. Relax on the exhale, expanding
your energy field. Continue with complete breaths,
still pressing firmly on the Million Dollar point for
another sixty seconds or so, then release slowly. Do
not be concerned if some of the semen seeps out. It
takes time to really get the hang of the internal draw.
This practice may feel strange at first, but as you
continue it will feel most natural, especially when
the internal draw becomes flowing and complete. Be
sure not to be pressing too far forward because a bladder
infection could result from sending a lot of semen
into the bladder. You may wish to ejaculate occasionally.
If you have been using the internal draw and do ejaculate
some, what comes out is more waste material than the
vitamin rich, lifefull substance. It is not necessary
to ejaculate at all.
Do not use these practices as a method of birth control
unless you have years of proficiency. Trust your internal
messages as you begin to make these practices a part
of you.
