TANTRA MEDITATION
Familiarity with Tantra can help a person to enjoy life to the fullest.
It can help do away with guilt or fear, break down self imposed or limiting
cultural boundaries, and guide us in our search for solutions. Tantra
teaches us to become familiar with our mystical nature, and when we do
so, our boundaries expand. We enter into new domains of awareness. We
become empowered, and more fulfilled,
In Tantra, we see the heart as the mid-point between our spiritual nature and our physical nature. It is the place where the two merge to become a physical being in the third dimension. Thus, as we include the energy of heart’s compassion through all of our choices and actions, we are sharing the best of what we have to offer to others Discover the raw dynamic power of your own life force through Tantric
meditation. This active meditation enlivens physical vitality and illuminates
patterns of relating to our own erotic energy, body and being. From there
we move into activities that engage with the tantric circle of giving
and receiving as one activity. This draws us deeper into the realm of
the heart where the uniqueness of separation and oneness of unity co-exist
"In truth everything in life is about that dance. When the rain goes onto the parched earth, that's sex in a sense, that's creation, that's merging. When the wind blows through trees, that's merging. Everything in life is always dancing with the polarities, with the interchangeable energies. And so expanding your understanding of Tantra beyond the body can open up a world where you're truly living in a very ecstatic state. And then you just become a dancer in that dance. And it doesn't even matter how it turns out, it's the joy of dancing that allows your heart to celebrate every day." Step Out of Your Box and Change Your Life
"One of our greatest sources of authentic
power in life comes from our willingness and ability to act, especially
in the face of obstacles
and fear." "Stepping out of our box in life doesn't always involve something big like changing careers, moving to a new place, starting a business, ending a relationship or traveling around the world (although it could). It simply means that we're willing to do, say or act in a way that is new, different and/or vulnerable. When we choose to push past our perceived limits and go for it in life, we always grow and learn, regardless of the outcome."
Tantra suggests a transformation is possible, but not destruction. And a transformation comes when you accept your total being. Then suddenly everything falls in line, then everything takes its own place; then anger is also absorbed, then greed is also absorbed. Then without trying to cut anything out of your being, your whole being rearranges itself. If you accept and say yes, a rearrangement happens, and whereas before there was a noisy clamor inside, now a melody, a music is born, a harmony comes in."
